#DCVPassport 2013 Day 1 - Mill Creek

We love the people at Mill Creek! They are warm and welcoming and the wines are wonderful! For Passport 2013, we enjoyed a little trip back to the WILD west with our wine and food pairings:

Pit Ham and Grilled Cheese with Caramelized onions and herb Aioli

2006 Reserve Merlot - Grilled Pork with blue cheese mousse on a multi-grain crostini

2003 Reflections - Pan seared sausage brochette with Arugula herb pesto
